Great place for oil changes and inspections. Been going here for years now and have never had any kind of problems. They're always very polite, friendly, and efficient. More easy going than the big name places and they never try to upset me on anything. Nothing bad to say at all.

My car started shaking and wouldn’t accelerate past 40, so I called to see if they had availability for an oil change and to check out my car. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name at the front, but he could tell I was stressed about my car (even though I tried to play it cool). To make things worse, I accidentally spilled coffee all over their floor. LOL. However, he was so kind about everything. He asked if I was okay, reassured me that everything would be fine, not once but twice, and had such a genuine, comforting demeanor my entire visit and put me at ease. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service this good. Tony and Ross are truly incredible professionals and people. Most trustworthy, helpful, and expert mechanics I’ve ever work with. Consider me a lifetime customer for all the small things these folks do to earn my trust! Plus, if I want to do something on my own, they’ll actually TEACH me the inside tips to do it right! I’ve been coming to Long Meadow Car Care for over 3 years now and couldn’t be any happier. Not only are they knowledgeable and reliable, but they are also honest which is hard to find in the car repair industry, especially as a woman who doesn’t know anything about cars.
