I'm not entirely sure how I feel about this place. He is a very kind man, and was able to get me in the next day for an alignment... However, I had to go back and pay for an alignment TWICE in a week, (he told me i had a bad control arm- he was wrong) and my car STILL wants to go right off the road, even after he assured me it was going straight. The readings on the first alignment are completely wack... the second looks more correct; yet... into the ditch I go! Real nice. Twice in a single week and it's still not correct. Alignments are not all that difficult or complicated by any means... if I had the equipment for it, I would have just done it myself and it would have been right the FIRST time. It is one of the best repair shops around. Open and honest communication. He never tries to up sell or talk about buying parts that are not needed. He gets the job done correctly and in a timely manner. If possible, I would rate Longacres 6 out of 5 stars.

My work was done on time. Price was good...due to the man's honesty. Told me back brakes and rotors on my Nisson Frontier were still in good shape. Matched the front tires with the back ones I already had and wanted to use. Saved me big time. Honest and dependable. Truck operates perfectly. Thank you Longacres.

Called one morning awhile back for a wheel alignment they were able to fit me on schedule that day. Will be one on the top of my list for other mechanical related things in the future.
