I loved my experience here shoutout to Bernard and Kia for the help. It was the easiest transaction I’ve ever had. No one there pressured me to buy and I was able to take the car to my own mechanic for inspection. Some people need to remember that you’re buying a used car so obviously the car isn’t perfect. If you want perfect make more money and buy a brand new car.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service, No Accountability, and Misdiagnosis I wish I could give this dealership zero stars. I had my car for only four weeks before the engine blew out — and to make matters worse, I had to pay out of pocket for a brand-new engine. It’s clear now that I was sold a lemon. When I brought the car back for service, things only went downhill. The service took way longer than expected, and communication was horrible from start to finish. I bought a truck for this dealership and at first they were helpful and nice , we made a deal on the truck but they didn't stick to it. I even saved them some money but they didn't want to give me one of the items we had agreed upon. After numerous phone calls and their promises to return my calls and settle up l never heard back. All I wanted from them was to stick to the deal we made. I wished I didn't have to leave a bad review but they need to stand by the deal they made.

Called about their third most expensive vehicle on the lot to get more information, since the pictures were taken at night and several key things weren't pictured. I was ready to buy but needed that last bit of info: about 3 pictures and maybe a 5 minute video to see the actual condition of the truck, since I am about 1000 miles away. I had the displeasure of dealing with Ameer, who rushed to get off the phone with me and couldn't be bothered to give complete answers when he responded one message every couple hours. I had to pry information out of him by repeating questions 2-3 times before he would answer them, if at all. Amazing Customer Service and they have more patience than other dealerships. I was allowed to take the vehicle to have it inspected by my own mechanic. I highly recommend this place!
