I had an outstanding experience at Long’s Auto Repair & Body Shop on Harwin Drive in Alief, and I highly recommend them to anyone needing honest and reliable service. I called a few days before to get a quote for replacing the headlight assembly on my 2015 Honda Civic, and Kevin, their ASE-Certified mechanic, gave me a clear and fair price over the phone. What really impressed me is that when I arrived, they honored that exact quote—no surprise charges, no upselling, none of the “it’s actually going to cost more” tactics that many other shops pull once you show up. Got in an accident and sustained some minor damages to my car. Long’s was able to pick me up, take my car to the shop, and I had it back within the week. Shlomi provided great service and was able to get me a deal on parts as well. Would highly recommend for any auto repairs in Houston.

Went to Long’s to get some body work done that required pulling out the dent and then bondo and paint. Amazing job done. Work was great and paint match is perfect. On top of that Mr. Long is very professional and his shop is very clean. Highly recommend!

They do a great job. Last year another car shop damaged the latch on the hood of my car when I went for an oil change and it ended up flipping open while I was driving on the freeway. I found their shop and came when he was about to close and he stayed open to help me secure it and had the parts ordered to fix it the next day. Yesterday I had to get the air compressor for my AC replaced and all 4 brake pads changed. He had my car ready today. This place is now my go to.

Very WONDERFUL service is what I can say about this business. I was a regular clients like 20 years ago when my old cars need a lot of fixing. They have been always good, nice and giving me very reasonable prices. Today I stopped by for a job done. Kevin spent time to explain for me about the parts I need and possible solutions and price quotes. They probably will not get any service from the issue I got but he spent a while to help me understand the problem, replace the damaged tire with space one and also rotate the tires to get my car back to runable condition before I get it fixed. He and his wife refused to charged me a dime even though I insisted so I gave some boba tea tips to his kids. I appreciate the time, heart and honesty of this business.
