Long's Insurance

I used Kelstar/ longs when I owned. The dealership next to their Fredrick office. Tom and Erin were great. Took care of my business. Tom always told me he’d love to look at my personal policy so years later (late 24) I called and said Tom wanted a swing at my personal policy so let’s look at it. They offered me a price that was reasonable so I canceled my policy and went with their people. Paid up from to get it all going. My home and 4 cars one being an agreed value policy. A month or so in I get a call saying the company was about to drop me because I hadn’t sent pics of the agreed value vehicle. I explained nobody told me to and I sent them that day. More pictures were requested so I had to dig this vehicle out of the garage and do it. They responded with they don’t offer coverage for

I've only been with the Long Agency a few months and already would recommend them.
