We brought my son’s truck to Long’s muffler to be fixed because it had a busted hose and was overheating(ONLY thing wrong with it). They only had the truck a couple days and said it was fixed. Mike Long informed us that he also found a power steering leak and fixed that as well as some other “issues he found”. My son drove the truck home then to work, and on the way home it started overheating again and he had no power steering(his power steering worked fine before we took it to Longs muffler). We dropped the truck back off at Longs muffler for them to fix what they didn’t before. I brought my truck to longs muffler due to it over heating because of a busted coolant hose (there was nothing else wrong with it at the time) Mike long and his employees had the truck for no more then a couple days and called to say it was fixed when I got there to get my truck he told me that I had a bad power steering leak that he “fixed” and that he also “fixed” the over heating problem after one day of driving my truck it started over heating again and my power steering was completely gone (I never had a problem out of my power steering in a year of owning the truck before taking it to Mike long) so I returned the truck to longs muffler so he could fix the things he didn’t fix and messed up the last time when he charged me $250 after being rude to me, my mom, my stepdad, and my uncle

Great group of folks! Had truck issues out of town, they came to me roadside to get me back to their shop where they fixed me up rest of the way. Would def recommend.
