The best tire shop ever! Super friendly and helpful. Offered us cold water, helped load the wheels, took extra precautions to protect his expensive wheels, and has a rubber duck foot. We stopped so my boyfriend could have his tires mounted on our way back to North Carolina. Customer service was phenomenal, Thank y’all so much!

Very accommodating, friendly, and great service !! They always finish the job fast, prices are great, and I was even given water to drink while waiting ! I had all four of my tires replaced and one of my lugs was going to break when they were going to take it off. Before doing so, Mr. Long explained the situation to me - it was due to bad brake studs - and let me make the decision, also giving suggestions. He does a great job running this place; such an honest, kind, and great working owner !

My first time visit was great. The owner made sure everything was taken care of. I had a nail in one of my tires. It was patched for now because it’s still a good tire. I will visit again if needed to.

The service was fast and reliable. I have been coming here for over two years now and the service has never stopped being amazing and professional! Mr.Long (2nd generation) always makes sure to I confirm the tires are reviewed thoroughly and are just what you expected then to be. He also consistently makes sure that you are hydrated and that you are comfortable while waiting to be taken care of, which as stated before is an EXTREMELY fast and prompt. I got 4 tires replaced and balanced and it only took 15 minutes, and that's counting the 4-5 other cars already being helped when I got there. They also have both used AND new tires so if you prefer things to be newer they can likely help and save you A LOT more money then you would spend at the dealership.
