I dropped my car off and never heard back from anyone. I spoke to a guy last week he said yes okay drop off your car Sunday now it’s going on Wednesday. When I did speak with the same Guy he seems to forget the conversation we had about my car. a whole day and I had to call Tuesday morning, today. Again, never called me back today to let me know what’s going on after still not seeming to listen to what I’m saying the problem was. clearly never took any documentation. I shouldn’t have to call and never had to in the past when I was working with Bob the owner.
sold me a broken car… bought my car February 15, drove it for about a week and then it started giving me problems. not the only car my family’s had a problem with from here. Guess I learned my lesson.
Excellent service! One of the few honest used car dealers I've met in my life. Fair pricing of vehicles, service, and repairs and quality mechanics on hand to do the work. More than satisfied with my experience buying a vehicle and returning for maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!
