Loop Car Wash

Had the misfortune of going through this car wash today. Unfortunately the rotating roller wash things ripped off part of my 2026 bmw x5 rear windshield washer cover. Not happy at all. They "couldn't find" the piece afterwords. I know it came off in the wash as i saw it do so when it pulled out my wiper arm off the window. They didn't even offer to refund my $16.99 wash which now will be much more replacing that part or whole rear wiper at bmw. NOT HAPPY!

The machine is too strong and may damage your wipers/paint/mirrors. The shop won't take any responsibilities, and the staff don't care about customers. Go there if you hate your car and want some troubles. I tried to warn people behind me after the damage and nobody followed. This will happen over and over again, but not to me so who cares!

I recently visited the Loop car wash, and it was quite a disappointing experience. The waiting lines were incredibly long, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the vacuum hoses were broken, and the trash cans were overflowing. When it was finally my turn, the car wash didn't do a good job cleaning my car at all. Overall, I would not recommend going to Loop car wash. Save your time and money and find a better place!

I tried the car wash here for $9.99. Honestly, it was not an easy experience. The menu was confusing. Once inside, you have to drive the car through yourself, which was stressful because with all the soap and foam on the windshield it’s hard to see. At the same time, you’re trying to pay attention to lights, signs, and whether to keep the car on or off, which wasn’t very user-friendly. In the end, my car looked better than before since it was dirty, but it didn’t feel super clean. Overall, it got the job done, but the process itself was not enjoyable.

I love an automated car wash. You buy the wash inside to get a code and put the number in from the car line. I like to get a snack inside to eat during the wash. If you get the Ultimate wash, you get a towel that I keep in my car to wipe dust. The one annoying thing is since the line curves to the back, it can look like there's no line when there's actually several cars' wait.
