Maria is the sweetest! I went in with 2 flat tires and she was upfront, said depending where the holes were they may not be able to patch them but luckily they could. Gave me a print out with the price for new tires when I'm ready to come back. The waiting area is really nice (offered me tea, coffee and water) and the bathroom was clean. Fast service, I was there appropriately 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!

Amazing all around & highly recommended! Fast, friendly service & very knowledgeable staff/mechanics. I took my car here on a whim to get my tire patched after it was punctured by a screw. They were honest and took care of me immediately. I was in and out and able to get everything taken care of on my lunch break. Maria, the front desk representative, was extremely welcoming and offered me complimentary beverages while I waited. Their reception area is clean, inviting and well lit. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience here. Thank you Lopez Tires & Service Auto Repair! You will be my go to place the next time I need any service done on my vehicle.

I would like to express my concerns regarding the communication process while my vehicle was in your possession. It has felt like a hostage situation, as I have had to reach out for updates after agreeing to the repair costs. Additionally, the promised release date for the vehicle has not been met on two occasions, which has been frustrating. I have attached relevant documents for your review. $$$

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this shop was really uncomfortable. The work itself wasn’t the main issue it was the overall vibe and professionalism. The owner came across as very strange and made the interaction awkward from the start. Communication felt off, and instead of feeling confident about leaving my car there, I felt uneasy the whole time. Customer service matters just as much as the repair, and this place did not make me feel welcomed or respected. I ended up taking my business elsewhere because the experience just didn’t sit right with me. I hope they work on their customer interaction, because first impressions really matter. The boss should treat his workers fairly I don’t have to spend a whole day to see the injustice

The staff was super friendly and they fixed my tire very quickly. They were very honest about what was needed and didn’t try to upsell me on extra expenses.
