Lets talk about how their drivers speed through school zones! Jersey plated #40 decided to speed through the Caln Elementary school zone almost rear ending another vehicle. Then the driver visibly getting annoyed that the driver was DOING 15 mph. I highly doubt anything will happen to the individual so im putting this out there! That is enough to deter customers away! RECKLESSNESS

Invoice reads: "unit is old and needs to be replaced."....so what do they do? They bill me $272 to CLEAN a unit that isn't working...meanwhile I called and left NUMEROUS VOICE MAILS AND EMAILS REQUESTING A PRICE TO REPLACE THE UNIT. I ended up contacting another company who came and replaced my HVAC with no issues, honest and straight forward. Don't bother with lor Mar...terrible communication and service. Why clean a machine you told me was too old to be fixed? I NEVER asked for a quick or cheap fix I asked you to tell me what needed to be done and tell me how much. WASTE OF $272 ....DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.

I haven't try them but I hear they do great work
