Gene, Joe, and all the staff at Lords Valley Towing & Salvage were pleasant to deal with, very quick for towing. Very accommodating and ever so helpful in a tough situation. I can't thank them enough for everything they did. Highly recommended. Thank you, Thank you!

They are very dirty and scammers. We made a deal for $3000 for the reloading. An hour later they called me back and said the price had changed and it would be $3500. Once they finished the job they put their car back of our trailer and said we needed to pay $3600. If I had any questions I could call the owner which I did but he called me rude names and said the price had changed and we needed to pay $4000 right now. Otherwise they would not take their car and let us leave.

Joe saved my hide after getting stranded in a storm on 84 in my Motorhome. He was faster and had a better rate than AAA and Good Sam. Made sure to work quick to get me off the highway before it got too late in the night. Can't thank him enough. Highly recommended!!

My husband's truck (Glenn Smith) broke down over the weekend. He got towed by this company to their shop. While his truck was being worked on, he lost his wallet with cash and all his debit and credit cards in it. Two days later, Joe (the owner) called to tell him he had the wallet. Thankfully my husband wasn't far from the shop. Mr. Joe returned the wallet fully intact, money and cards! Thank you Joe for your hospitality!! Headache relieved wife over here!! Highly recommend if you're ever broke down in Lords Valley, PA!!!

I broke down on I-84 in PA and called them for 24 hour repair and towing! Joe the owner came to the rescue along with his staff. They tried to diagnose and fix the issue on the side of the road but inevitably I needed to be towed off the highway. They solved my issue and got me back on the road in less than 3 hours! Very very helpful, knowledgeable staff and to be honest couldn’t be any better people. Polite considerate and very helpful! Thank you for a very good experience during a bad time. Thank you Joe and all your staff. I could only rate 5 stars but they deserve 10 stars!
