One of our light bars went out in our light and we have been trying to contact customer service for months. When we bought the lights, they said “keep the box so you can just bring the light back for us to repair or swap out if there’s any issues”. Well, I have the box and nobody answers any line of contact at this company. I used to be able to just message them on Instagram but they stopped responding on there too, glad I wasted so much money on a light because I wanted to “support local businesses”. This is the type of business that encourages people not to support local and to just purchase something online. Disgraceful.

This company deserves 6 stars. From performance output of their lights to the customer service offered. The kindness that I and my wife experienced from emails to delivery were top notch all the way around. They answered all questions that I'd had and were able to complete a transaction quickly and flawlessly. They delivered which was a huge relief as I would not be able to transport the lights myself due to size. 5 year warranty speaks for itself also. I had a friend close on a sale after my recommendation and to his dismay one of the strips burned out on one of his purchased lights. What did loriflux do? They came out within a day or two and completely replaced the entire unit. Phenomenal company and great people working for it. Keep it up loriflux!

I am embarrassed this company is in my state! Their lights are as horrible as their customer service, absolute trash. Multiple growers I personally know have had issues with these lights with horrible lack of accountability from the company. Expect the blame to be on you if anything doesn’t work or has problems. Also note, they recommended not spraying any foliar because that’s the reason their lights break 🤡😂do you people even grow cannabis ?

I have had two lights malfunction after a couple grows and another light that lost power in one of the bars… I ordered cheap quantum boards from AliExpress and couldn’t be happier… done with this company their mailboxes are always full so I can never get fixed. Done.

Ther product Constantly breaks down. You can never get ahold of anybody to fix it when it does break. So much for a 5 year warranty.When you can't use it , do not recommend this product
