I bought a car from Los Altos Auto Sales, the check engine light was on but we were under the assumption that it was a small part. The car was clean and ran great. Once we took it to the mechanic to get it fixed we found it had more issues. We contacted Los Altos Auto Sales, Inc. and they took the car back and refunded my money without hesitation. We had a very good experience and we appreciate there honesty. Thank you.

Have had nothing but non-stop issues with the ‘09 Subaru Legacy I purchased from Los Altos Auto Sales from the start. We were driving back to Sioux Falls after picking the car up and about halfway back three different lights popped on, disabling the cruise control. Seems like this dealership just cleared the codes so they would stay off long enough past a test drive. I would never recommend to anyone. Update: the car just blew up on the side of the interstate as my girlfriend was driving to work. Consider this review as a warning and steer clear of this place!

We had a very good experience when purchasing a vehicle here. Efrain took very good care of us. After driving the car home a few issues came up. In Nebraska the dealership isn't responsible after the car is purchased. Efrain made sure everything was made right by us. All in all a very good experience. Thank you Efrain!
