I had the worst experience at this tire shop. The staff clearly has no idea how to deal with customers. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude and zero willingness to help. I asked a simple question about tire options, and the employee acted like I was inconveniencing them. Not only was the service slow, but they also gave me the wrong tires and refused to admit their mistake. When I tried to address the issue, the manager was rude and dismissive, refusing to offer any kind of solution. Instead of fixing the problem, they just shrugged and told me to “take it or leave it.” Unbelievable! On top of that, the waiting area was filthy, and the whole place felt disorganized. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. I wouldn’t recommend this place to

I needed 4 new tires on my Charger and didn't need top level tires. She put me on hold and put a package together for a great price. Her Customer Service was top notch and Claudia needs to be commended on her excellent attitude and customer skills. I will definitely give Los Amigos 5 stars and will be a repeat customer. Thanks

The service is good but very expensive. You can get that same service at another shop for less. I got estimates for my truck at different places, and they were much cheaper. But in the end, you make the decision.
