I had a terrible experience with Los Robles Insurance & Carrier Services, and Maribel was the main reason. Not only was she unprofessional, but she was also downright rude. Whenever I reached out for assistance, she was dismissive and condescending, as if my questions were a burden. The lack of respect and basic customer service was shocking. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I highly recommend avoiding this company if you want to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.
Marisela is very professional and honest. I’ve been working with them for 8 years and I would give them more stars if they had the option here.
