Personally, Aaron is a strong communicator, very friendly and personable. He has a wonderful personality and cares deeply about his clients. Also, he is a person of high character, integrity and morals. Professionally, he clearly explains things and has the heart of a teacher. Also, he is reasonably priced, efficient, detail-oriented and looks out for your best interest. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a honest, trustworthy person to work on your vehicles. After my long time mechanic retired I tried a few different repair shops over the last few years but wasn’t impressed by their communication, prices, and service. I came across Lost Forest Automotive’s website recently and decided to give them a try…Aaron’s communication from the very beginning was absolutely stellar, and the short videos he would sent me during the repair process showing the part being worked on and explaining the situation as he went was so informative and refreshing. Aaron is super honest and did an amazing job getting our 20yr old Escalade back up to snuff! I highly recommend LFA!

Aaron at lost forest automotive is a life saver! I took my car there for an oil leak issue I was having and his attention to detail saved me from ending up stranded on the side of the road. He noticed that one of my coolant hoses during his inspection was about to fail and went above and beyond to diagnose the rest of my cars system. He sent many videos with explanations along the way that kept me very informed as to what next steps we should take and his reasoning behind why. All in all it was the most thorough and caring service I’ve ever had!
