I just had my shocks replaced, and I can say that they did a fantastic job! If you want honest mechanics you can trust, they are at Lotts Auto Service. Lott's Auto Services provided me with one of the greatest customer service experience I’ve had. While traveling through Michigan to my last destination in Arizona, My Prius got Coolants overlow failed! and it was getting worse, I got two inspections they both suspect the Engine Head Gasket is blown, they gave me quotos around $3300-$4000 in Topeka, I was so much stressed out and worried about it. but thankfully in Junction City, I've worked really hard to source a good, reliable, honest! while I was on a long road trip, since I visited in Kansas, mechanic and I've never felt more cared for than I do by Adam! He was exactly what to fix about the car got problem with the engine cooling circulation, NOT replacing the Head Gasket!~ you are by far the best one around. the team did on test d

I want to give this place 1 star but the customer service was nice. But I'd called ahead about the cost of an oil change, provided my own oil and filter. I was quoted $75 for labor. I showed up and had the service done and was pissed to be charged $108 plus tax. I'll never deal with Lott's again. Everyone else in town does oil changes for $75 that INCLUDE the oil and filter. Truly felt ripped off.

Took one car in a few weeks ago for a belt pulley and a belt .. car came back to me with oil pressure light that was not there before when I asked they said it wasn’t there while in the possession either. took another vehicle of mine for diagnostic for suspension and other issues. Was told car had no problems and they didn’t see what I was talking about but as soon as I got in the car it did the exact thing I brought it in for and they claimed it didn’t do anything while there.. please beware me and a friend of mine have now had a bad experience here and will not be returning.

They were super nice and took the time to explain to us what was wrong with my dad's car and are worth more then what they charge. They went way above and beyond their service! Thank you guys for your help your amazing
