Lotus of Dallas

Ok what was definitely the worst experience to date , has believe it or not become one of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. Mainly thanks to Giovanni and his associates willing to go the extra mile to right what was clearly another employees responsibility. He and his staff read the review contacted me before I could make it home , and stated over an hour after closing for me to drive back so they could fix my vehicle . All on a holiday weekend , they get 10 stars across the board . I will buy the rest of my vehicles from him if I can from here out . Thanks guys

Neil spent hours helping me find the right vehicle. The F&I team was very efficient and very quick. They were not pushing any products on me I was not interested in. I would definitely recommend this high-end dealer to anyone looking for a special vehicle.

I recently took my Lotus Evora 400 for the first time to Lotus of Dallas for an oil and filter change, along with windshield replacement. The experience was excellent from the start to finish. Sophia at reception was very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was done on time. My car looks and drives perfectly. It’s reassuring to know that my car is in such capable hands. I would highly recommend Lotus of Dallas.

Had the best car buying experience of my life yesterday with Lukas (sales) and Jonathan (finance). They had the Lotus in the spec I wanted, I called at 10am, was test driving at 2pm, and paperwork was done and signed by 4. Buying a car, even a luxury car, can be such a hassle, but Lukas and Jonathan felt like real guys that just wanted to make sure I got the car I wanted. Whole process was quick and painless, 10/10, will definitely continue to give them my business.

Yousef of Earth motors was very friendly and responsive with our text messages that got me to drop in to the dealership to test drive a couple of cars and eventually picking up the new Lotus Emire. he and his team helped me get the loan needed and made it possible when other dealerships couldn't ! i highly recommend buying cars from here and Yousef as your salesman.
