Please do not buy any Products from any of the Buick dealerships I bought a 2014 Buick Verono and it’s a Lemon and these companies will not honor their manufacturer warranty. They will get out of doing anything for their customers. If you are Black or a female they will take advantage of you if you do not know all in the name of money. I’m am very livid about my new car because it’s brand new and I’m already having issues with it and feel that my car will not last 10 years I regret ever buying a car from salesman Will Spencer. Do not buy GMC products. I warn you you might just receive a Lemon. They will do nothing to address your issues no good customer service.

Had such a amazing experience working with everyone at Lou Fusz GMC. They were so great that while my fiance and I only went in to buy one car we ended buying two. The process was super easy and we felt well taken care of. Go let Scott sell you a car! He was our sales rep and was a blast to work with.

I had a great experience at Lou Fusz. I went in with a pretty clear idea what I wanted to purchase and what deals I was seeking. Brian was great to work with--he helped me decide between the 2016 models and 2017 (ultimately I went for the 2017). He was great at explaining the options and the costs and helped me get a great deal for my new car, which I love! I was really pleased that it took less time than I expected from start to finish--I've had bad experiences with long wait times at dealerships in the past, so this was a big plus. I also appreciate how all the staff I worked with were friendly and not pushy. Great experience.

We purchased a vehicle through Lou Fusz’s Buick dealership. The shopping portion was awesome - we had a wonderful salesman. I truly hope he leaves this place and goes somewhere I would be comfortable recommending him. The problem came with the financing team. Apparently, maintenance and service are not the same things. Maintenance actually means an extended warranty. Despite repeatedly telling the finance guy that we didn’t want an extended warranty, but did want the oil change package, selecting the monthly payment that didn’t have the extended warranty, he slid a maintenance package in front of us, told us it was the oil changes, and then added 3600 to our loan. We caught it the next day, and had to call them back on Monday. On 6/5 we were sent a form to cancel the maintenance-but-not-
