I think Lou is very nice person but he has had my car (my spare vehicle) for a year. I have called continuously with no progress. Every time I get in touch with him he says something else is wrong and he was unable to fix or tend to it.

He told me that my car would take a day for small repairs. Its been there a week already. Gave him another chance and he has been lying to me for weeks and never towed my car to the shop like he was supposed to. Great at selling inspections, but terrible at repairing cars and ethics.

There isn’t a bad enough review I could write for this man! It’s a shame I have to actually click a star just to get this post up. Otherwise I wouldn’t even give him a negative million stars. He is that bad! He is the worst person imaginable!! No one ever bring their vehicle there! I went there to ask him a few questions about fixing my vehicle and he immediately got smart with me and yelled at me and cussed at me! I have never been treated like that by a business owner before in my life, and will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know and my family will never ever bring anything to this man again. Please don’t ever take your car here! This guy will lie to you about prices and keep your car forever. Try calling him and he will dodge you! I’ve never had such a horrible experience in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go else where.
