Loudoun Auto Works - Auto Repair in Sterling VA

I had an excellent experience with Alvaro Gonzales at Loudoun Auto Works in Sterling, VA. They replaced my driver side front wheel bearing and also installed new front rotors and brake pads. The work was done quickly and professionally. What really impressed me, though, was the extra care. When I came to pick up my car, I noticed the hood was open even though the repair wasn’t engine-related. Mr. Gonzales explained, “we had some extra time so we cleaned your engine bay.” On top of that, when I got inside, the car smelled brand new. They must have shampooed the carpets because after all the recent rain, my car had been smelling like an old gym locker—and now it’s fresh and clean. It’s rare to find a shop that not only does the work right but also goes above and beyond without being asked.

This shop is wonderful. The crew were very helpful immediately began diagnosing my car. I had a stubborn misfire code that was solved in less than a week with these hard working gentlemen. Overall 10/10 experience I am definitely going to be coming back here whenever there is a problem with my car.

My battery died while I was on vacation in this area, which was a super stressful experience. It is a hybrid (Prius) and as I called around to towing and autoshops, so many people seemed unsure about how to help. When I was referred here by a tow company, it was an immediate difference. I had a 1995 GMC Suburban that had a bad stater because of a bolt sheared off. They towed and replaced the starter in the same day (the Monday after Thanksgiving) the price was good and the service was fast and competent. Definitely going with these guys as long as I am in Northern Virginia.
