Louisville Car Wash

Do not got to Louisville Carwash!!’ Sounds typical but if I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced for the lack of service they provide, no soap, no wax, broken dryer, flooded and muddy bays, no lights. Not worth your money or time.

Bays are muddy, drains are clogged, soap was not coming out the the hose no matter which setting I used, parking lot has holes that will damage your car. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but this place is awful

No knob to select. What should have been $5, charged me $10. No water pressure, never turned on. Car never got washed. Office number disconnected. Fraud business! Will be filing complaint with my bank and the city

Consistently theeee worst car wash I've ever been to. Expect a combination of any of the following to be malfunctioning: change machine, drains, sprayer nozzle, foam brush, vacuum, etc. I just spent $10 for 38 glorious seconds of a sputtering spray wand with no soap. I also give myself zero stars for continuing to go back and give this debacle of a business multiple chances.

The first stall is broke. The second one I paid than noticed no knob to switch to wash rinse etc. The water trickled out. Went to stop the charges took a second for it to stop. Got a charge for $10 for nothing. Tried to call and the number is disconnected.
