Simply, exceptional work done and they even cleaned my car. Which was dirty. Additionally, Shawn was professional and good at communication with me. It's difficult to find a genuine, professional car shop out there nowadays, right? I hope this review is useful and adds to the industry integrity and performance.
I blew a tire on my Tesla and pulled in to Louisville Collision Center. Troy Peterson was unbelievable. He consulted with me, called a tow truck for me and offered me coffee or a water. I sat for a lovely hour in the show room talking with Troy and Jackie (receptionist). Great service center!!
