Got my 100,000 mile maintenence. Debra walked me through it all, helped me pick through which services I actually wanted to do (couldn't afford the pricier ones) and have me advice for the ones I didn't. Service was quick, and they had a simple page of recommendations first things I still needed to do but without pressuring me to do them immediately. Great stuff!

My only issue it that status or follow up calls come on my phone as potential scam. I don't anwere those calls and did not know until a later time a message was left. I was happy the problem that I came in with was under warranty.

I was a first time customer and very pleased with the entire experience. Since the work being done required my vehicle to be there more than a couple of hours, the shuttle service was a real plus. The work I had done involved factory recalls.

Attendat very nice to be sure I understood what was going to happen. This was my first time to have the car serviced as my husband always did it before he died. I was concerned but actually had a good experience. Very professional. I appreciated it very much. Also appreciated the car wash!

Very easy to make appointments. Service advisor was polite and efficient. The work was performed quickly and without problems. The cost of the work and OEM accessories was competitive.
