Only wants cash. Did not give receipt for job performed. Had to zelle him the payment. Welded a 6 inch pipe and charged 120$ . But I needed it done

An hour before closing, Lou’s Muffler Shop told my daughter they would be happy to take a look at her car. Within minutes of her arrival, she had a dx of the problem that was not only explained but showed to her, was told the part she needed was on hand, given a very fair quote on the repair and was told her car would be ready in 45 minutes. She left Lou’s relieved, confident in the quality of work and happy with the price she paid… we definitely recommend Lou’s Muffler Shop!

Recently took my truck In there and was fairly impressed with the work. The owner I think Raul though while waiting he was very rude and obnoxious to the point they almost lost my business. He began pitching me on a completely different exhaust setup that made no sense then discussed and tried to change pricing on me when the work was done. It is unfortunate that the original owner Larry and now Raul do not know how to honestly run a business. Would not recommend!

Lou was super helpful taking care of a technical repair that we needed done on an F-150 truck. He also then recommended a nearby repair shop when there was an additional repair that was beyond the scope he was comfortable with. Highly recommend using him for your vehicle repair needs!
