My partner and I came here to get a car and the initial process was great- got a very good deal, everything went smooth. We got a 30 day warranty on any major issues. Well within those 30 days, we reached out that we were having a sensor issue and a transmission issue. It has been months now and it took from the first week of September until October 21st to hear back to bring the car in. I was told they would reach out the next week because they had to order a part. we have now been ghosted. We have sent 6 messages asking for an update or any information at all and the owner has read and ignored all of the messages. Honestly am unsure if this is a result of busy-ness, or a genuine scam to try to make us not have him fix the issues, but it has been incredibly frustrating nonetheless. Overal
