I had great service from them today. They responded to my call promptly. Michael came with a truck. He talked to me about my car. He was respectful and professional. The rate was reasonably priced too. I would definitely call them again if I needed their services. I had called another service before calling them. The woman who answered wasn't friendly and the rate was higher.

I used this business a few days ago to have my Mother's van towed to the garage in town. They are reasonably priced. The person I spoke with on the phone was polite and professional. Mike was extremely helpful even though he was a considerable distance from my son. My son was stranded 500 miles from home due to the ground being too soft to install his spare. The car was on the ground and he couldn’t get the jack under it. Mike kept in contact with me and provided recommendations for a replacement tire. I felt relieved after speaking with him because he assured me that he would take care of the situation. Before Mike arrived a local Good Samaritan stopped and assisted with the installation of the spare.

As I was traveling 74 today, I came upon a lot of debris on the Hwy. Cars and trucks were swerving and trying to miss it. Without any way to get around it other than being struck by a vehicle on either side, I ran over the piece of metal debris in the road and it got attached to the back of my car. I immediately pulled over and tried to get it loose, but it was impossible for me. While waiting on my son to come and help me, I see up ahead a wrecker service backing up to help me. Two of the nicest, professional men got out and helped me without any hesitation. They got the debris unattached from under my car and helped me more than words can explain. They also endangered themselves to try and get the other debris out of the road so everyone would be safe. They did not charge me and

I accidentally locked my keys in my car while it was running last night in Kings Mountain NC. I called all the wrecker services that I knew of in that area and no one was answering the phone.
