Lovely’s Car wash

Save your money this is a very poor car wash. After spending $14 on their “elite wash”, my car looked like I hosed it off myself without actually washing it. I complained and they gave me a free wash. I used the coupon within minutes of receiving it. The VIP wash was a step down from the elite wash I paid for. The result was identical. The owner came to look at my brand new vehicle and quipped “looks pretty good to me.” I will never return to this business. It’s pathetic. They’ll be out of business soon.

Highly disappointed in this place. While it did “clean” my car, there was a trail of soap and salt all over the rear of my car. Also, the wheel cleaners didn’t clean anything nor did the “undercarriage cleaner” too. This was the biggest waste of $12, ever. I guess I should have listened to all the other bad reviews. For the people out there who are thinking “can this place really be that bad”... yes, yes it is. 2 stars for partially cleaning my car.

This place is a rip off! Paid $15 for elite...it did not give change! Shut off midway through soap all over and my Jeep half washed! No phone number or contact info for refund! Do not use this scam artist car wash!

I paid for the $12 wash so I could get the underside of my car clean. The receipt said it charged $10, and it gave me the $10 wash which didn't include undercarriage wash, but my bank account says $12 was charged. My car was still dirty around the fenders (2010 Ford Flex).

I have a Nissan Murano & for some reason it never completely cleans the back of the vehicle. However it cleans the rest of my vehicle just fine. The reason for the 4 stars is really because of the joy my daughter gets out of the light show. She is 8 years old & is on the autism spectrum & it's one of her favorite things to do every week.
