I can’t say enough good things about Mitchell, the tow truck driver who came to help me on a freezing 25° morning when my electric vehicle wouldn’t start. He was the only person who actually answered and showed up. He got there around 6 AM after no one else would return my calls I had been making since 2:30am. Mitchell went above and beyond from the moment he got there. He had to climb into the back of my car in a very tight space with limited equipment and worked incredibly hard trying to pull out the difficult-to-access battery to restart it. When the restart didn’t work, he patiently troubleshot every option to get my EV loaded onto the truck—even though we couldn’t put it into neutral.
