I had Zach help me out tonight. He provided excellent customer service a long with a positive out reach!

I’ve been stopping at Love’s for years, and I’ve noticed a steady decline in how customers are treated. Too many of the reps seem untrained, uninterested, or just plain rude. Basic questions get met with confusion, important details get skipped, and there’s little effort to make things right when problems come up. Customer service is supposed to make a business better, not drive people away. Unfortunately, Love’s has reached the point where I don’t feel valued here anymore. If this is the standard they accept, I’ll be finding other options.

I honestly don’t know where Love’s is finding their reps lately, but it feels like they’ve gathered so many dumb customer service reps in one place it’s almost impressive. I called with what I thought was the simplest question possible: “What’s the waiting time right now?” Somehow, the rep didn’t understand, got confused, and instead of actually trying to help, just hung up on me. At that point, I’m left wondering — are you dumb, or just pretending so you can avoid helping customers? Either way, it’s terrible service. I’m not asking for miracles, just basic listening and a straight answer. The whole experience felt careless, unprofessional, and like my time didn’t matter at all. I call to ask one — literally ONE — question: “What’s the wait time right now?” You’d think I asked them to solve a quantum physics equation. After a few awkward moments of confusion, they just… hung up. No answer, no “please hold,” just click. If this is Love’s idea of customer service, then congratulations — you’ve officially invented “customer disservice.” At least now I know where all the dumb customer service reps in the country hang out. Next time I’ll just ask my dog for the wait time — odds are, I’ll get a faster and clearer response.

This location thinks it’s smart to power wash the parking lot and cone off parking spots during the peak busy hours of the day.
