Explain to me how these guys even Keep a job!!?? Checked in @10:30am,went in the shop @3:30pm,6pm, Absolutely Nothing done for a Simple "pm" and 2nd shift wants my company to pay for filters to be couried over to them due to after hours!!?? And yet, I tell them Nope!! Pull your chicks,so I can have it done elsewhere... sounds like somebody Not Doing They're job!!! Would've been "-" 0 stars for these guys and they said the manager; regional manager were also there at the time!! Not Acceptable!!!

I called the evening before to schedule an oil change, and they assured me it would be done by 7 AM the next morning. However, when I showed up at 7 AM, they didn't arrive until 9 AM, leaving me waiting for two hours. The business hours are from 6 AM to 11 PM, so I expected better service. It was a really frustrating experience.

Came in before they opened at 0600. One of the guys said come back at 7 to check in, ok... so I did, third on the list, cool right... wrong. One tire tech and road calls take priority, which is crap if you're already checked in, but I get it. 8 hours later in still waiting. Advice to Loves, hire more people to avoid this.

The guy who opened the shop today, 8/8/25, was rude and unprofessional. Refused to give any sort of an eta with a line of 3 trucks and it took over 5 hrs for them to call - we had already gotten the tire replaced and were well on our way by the time they did. There’s a ton of other options - do yourself a favor and call elsewhere.

Don’t ever come to their PM service. I waited 6h in the bay just to get oil change done. From top to the bottom, they don’t know what they are doing. Always check the reviews before going somewhere
