STAY AWAY!! I guess it’s my fault for not reading the reviews first. I waited 10+ hours for service. I was pulled in the bay after the 9th hour. Then I was told the mechanic goes home at 11:30pm and they couldn’t work on my total repair until the next day. That is no way to run any business. I’ll never be back. Not to worry though Loves Corporate. There are plenty more unsuspecting drivers that can be screwed over. Update: The next day!!! The one seal they did replace, which I didn’t even ask them to look at. Is now leaking. So I have to stop and waste more time to fix a seal that had no problem until they touched it. Total incompetence on their part.
Actually, this Mechanic guy it’s not a good guy because I asked him only one question that question is (how long it takes to finish) his response is yelling on me. so I encourage the people who wanna fix their truck find another place like the TA they will welcome you but here I will not encourage you(no respect no nothing)😡😡😡🥵
Terrible service, 12-14 hours waiting just for replace hub seal, which take a only 30 minutes maximum, the stuff don’t care about your time, they had a only 1 truck before me, most of the time they just walk around the shop
Directly to the love's team .you guys keep saying sorry about what driver facing when we go to your shop but you never do something to stop receiving complaint. Do something better. You have Lazy staff every where..again do something. make it better please 🙏 .you can do it
5 stars if it wasn't a Loves. Rob & Doug are the best Loves mechanics I've ever dealt with. Probably the best Loves I've been to over all. Laid back.
