Bad customer service. Manger look likes he don’t want to work. He can’t even put an out of service on the washer that’s out of service

There is one short African-American woman there, she doesn’t communicate well with customers and works very slowly to get into the shower, you have to wait a long time

Jeremy Was SOOOOO unprofessional the way he responded to me i understand the company have rules but that is no nice the way he responded to me im really disappointed how this guy talk with a coustmer. I'm going to tell all my drivers to avoid this location i don't want my drivers get the service this guy bring to my drivers.
