I took my car to Lovett and Sargent Body Shop (located at 803 Woodland St #3324, Columbia, TN 38401) for a minor fender bender. I was impressed with the service I received. The staff, Tommy, Coty, and Jeff, were friendly and professional, and they did a great job fixing my wife’s car. I was also happy with the price I paid. From start to finish it was a breeze. The crew over there is awesome. In and out in a heart beat. They got our car in quickly and took care of everything highly recommend the crew here.

I’ve used this body shop plenty of times! Cody and all the staff are amazing! They do a good job in my car every time I go. Still think I need that customer loyalty card, Cody! Haha But seriously the best body shop, to take your vehicle too. They have always came through for me. Thank each and everyone of your guys for your hard work, and pride you take in making sure your customers are not only taken care of but satisfied as well.

Good group of people, however if you are picky and want quailty work i would not reccomend this body shop. AC condensor was installed incorrectly, (wich in turn cost me a new AC compressor) bumper was installed incorrectly, radiator had some redneck block off on it, brand new headlight was broken and glued back together, hood to fender gap is poor. They did pay me back for having to replace the condensor, but did not want to cover the compressor as their was no proof it was their fault. Truck has been a local shop getting the AC diagnosed cause it STILL does not work. Turns out they put the condensor in the wrong way, causing the system to over pressurize and tank my compressor. Im sure if i would have taken my truck back to them they would have fixed this all, however after seeing the qua
