I just wanted to leave a review for Low Book Sales used car Dealership in Salt Lake City. I have been looking for a very specific vehicle for almost a year now. I live in Idaho Falls, Idaho. When I saw my F-150 2019 Limited Edition pop up on their website I had my son call them and inquire. Then I called Hunter and he walked me through the entire process of answering many of my questions and concerns. The price was almost too good to be true so I thought there might be some other issues with the Truck. Since I live in Idaho (three hour drive away), I needed Hunter to take pictures of very specific requests. But Hunter at Low Book Sales completely changed that experience for us. From the start, hunter genuinely tried hard to get us to our ideal payment. He was upfront, honest, and had such a great sense of humor. So, we started looking for a newer truck and found a really nice 2020 F-150, plus a bunch of others. We met with Roman that night, and he went over the trucks we liked, did the paperwork, and showed us every truck we wanted to see. He is absolutely amazing i highly recommend you go see him. We took the one we liked best for a test drive, came back, and finished everything up and took home the 2020 that we wanted. Roman and the Low Book truck depot team were absolutely the best. Hunter Hawkes was really helpful. He collaborated with us and let us make a down payment on a cash car, allowing us to return and pay the rest a week later. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, way better than I expected from a used car dealership offering low book discounts.
