Low Country Transmission

I have to be honest in this review. Adrian did a great job hopefully replacing my transmission. I never really got documentation that it was replaced. He seems to want money Zelle to him before repairs are complete. Red flag to me. He kept my vehicle for almost 3 weeks to solve my smog issue. He told me he had a lot of vehicles to attend to at the time. The problem I have is that don’t promise what you can’t deliver. I tested this establishment because of my past experiences. This place is no different. I will not do business with this place again. Just my opinion and my view.

Unfortunately, we never got past a phone call with Mr. Willy. We tried to reach out to his company and left three voicemails since this past fall, and we completed their online/website “contact us” submission form. Last week we thought we would try calling one more time since this company has come to us highly recommended by numerous sources. Mr. Willy finally called me back and said that I needed to text him the make model and VIN number of the vehicle in question which I did within 15 minutes of our conversation. That was last week and haven’t heard anything back. I was very polite and explained to him the above, our frustration and not getting a response, and asked if he could please just let us know either way if he could do the transmission in our vehicle or not. Mr. Willie and his team are awesome! Very friendly, fast,affordable service! I always bring my fur baby,and they are great about it! Even let us bring her inside to wait! Will be coming back here for years to come. I'm sure. Highly recommend for any repairs or services!
