From fitting me into a busy schedule to taking the time to explain what’s actually needed (and what isn’t), they are always accommodating, honest, and professional. The pricing is fair and transparent, which is rare these days, and the work is done right the first time. Highly recommend!

Spoke with Ryan about a possible job with an older Toyota and was spoken too rudely and told no without any explanation. Chose this place as they specialize with Toyota vehicles just to be immediately turned down for a head gasket job without any explanation. Will not be doing business with this place again and going somewhere else.

I've only been to these guys once, but they seem like honest and great people. I'll definitely be giving my business to them moving forward instead of places like Tire Discounters who can never seem to explain their pricing to me or tries to sell me repairs that evidently aren't needed.

Had Lowell's work on my 2008 Toyota Tacoma the week after new years. I had a list of general maintenance items that I wanted done. Before they did any of the items, they called me and informed me that 2 of the items were not needed. They said the rear brake shoes were only 40% worn and that I did not need an oil pan gasket, but only needed an oil pan plug gasket which cost a little over a dollar. They took care of the other items to my satisfaction and probably save me a few hundred dollars on the total bill. I would definitely recommend Lowells to anybody. Excellent work at a very fair price and I appreciate their honesty.
