Overpriced, I make payments on time but they seem to charge my bank account whenever they feel like it. Wastes my time calling them to see if my payment was confirmed or not.

One star because zero is not an option. They like to change the rates by zip code and charge more. I was never notified of the $30 increase to my rate. Instead it was just taken out of my bank account without approval or notification. That's just not okay.

This company is a joke! I got quoted insurance and every month they would charge me a lot more that was ever discussed. I provided proof of all documents to get discounts and for one reason or another were never applied. I got quoted $113 a month and got charged $166. I think that's why they make you do automatic payments, on the hopes that they will over charge you and you won't notice

BEWARE! Type of business that will not tell you they are taking more money than what you were already told until after they take it. Many other reasons for the 1 star but this was the reason I had to switch companies immediately. Still waiting to see if they will return the unauthorized charge or I'll have to have my bank get it back for me...

Worst insurance ever. My mom had got in a car crash went in to ask them to help her out with the case they told her that she had to figure it out on her own and they can’t do nothing about it. That’s why we pay for insurance for y’all to help us out but instead take peoples money and don’t help at all besides from that have very rude attitude
