My new go to spot for quick repairs, especially on weekends when I'm home. Far faster than dealer and priced reasonably

Scheduled a simple PM service with them at 11:28 AM. They initially said they didn’t have the parts and asked if I could provide them—when I said I couldn't, they offered to pick up the parts for a small fee, which I agreed to. A couple of hours later, the mechanic informed me he refused to pick up the parts because he didn’t want to use the EFS money code I was providing. Completely unacceptable. As a result, I lost over 3 hours, and it put my driver’s next load at risk. All of this over what should have been a routine maintenance job. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Stay away unless you want your time wasted and your operations jeopardized.

Took my truck to L and R Diesel for an oil and filter change, couldn’t be more satisfied. The team was professional, great communication, and really knows their stuff when it comes to diesel and heavy-duty repairs. Highly recommend their services, and I’ll definitely be coming back for all my truck maintenance needs.
