Beware — this company is a scam. I called in the morning and was told a technician would arrive within an hour. Instead, the tech called at 7:30 PM saying he couldn’t make it and rescheduled for Sunday at 10 AM. He never showed. At 1:30 PM he called again claiming he was 15 minutes away, but didn’t arrive until 2:30 PM. He charged $550, removed a part from my furnace, and said he needed to leave to get the replacement. Later that night, around 9 PM, he called to say he couldn’t find the part and would have to order it, promising it would arrive Thursday. Thursday came and went with no call, no show, and no response. After calling repeatedly, four days later someone finally answered and said they couldn’t locate the technician and would “get back to me.” That never happened. Almost two

⭐ 1 Star (Only because zero isn’t an option) Called for a simple tire change. Instead, they took apart the hubs without permission and tried to pressure us into replacing the brakes and drums. The technician was clearly inexperienced and used the jack system improperly, causing damage to both the inside and outside of our camper. They’ve refused to provide insurance info and won’t take responsibility. Not BBB accredited and have an “F” rating — stay far away from this company.

We called LRD late Friday afternoon, and they responded quickly, getting someone out to our site within about 1.5 hours. Brandon arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable—he diagnosed our issue in under an hour. Thanks to his expertise, we were able to find the necessary parts, have them delivered, and get everything installed by Sunday. Now, we’re back to perfect as if nothing ever happened! I had a very disappointing experience with this mobile RV repair service. I contacted them after my RV’s hydraulic system failed at a campground about 1.5 hours from home. I clearly explained the issue and asked if it could be repaired. The technician charged me $550 just to come out, but once on site, he simply attempted to lift the RV onto my truck—something I had no way of dealing with once I got home. He offered no real repair solution despite my initial request. After that visit, communication became nearly impossible. Don't call! Spoke to the service guy first, said he would come out same day to look at our broken stabilizer to identify it to order the part. Got a call from the office requesting payment of $550.00 before he could come. Led me to believe that this charge would cover labor to replace the part since it was for 2 hours of labor. Service guy came, with his kids, told my husband the part was $300.00, and also verified with us that the total cost would be $850.00. 2 days later office calls me for the cost of the part, then tells me it will be an additional cost of $275.00 per hour to change the stabilizer, and probably would take 1 to 2 hours!
