LS&R came through in the clutch for me like no other. I tried to remove a misfiring spark plug only to find it was over-torqued -- it broke off in the head of the engine. I tried my dealership to no avail, so I went to LS&R, because they did my brakes and rotors in the past with no issue and pure professionalism. Something that I don't feel happens often, happened here when my engine was on the fritz. They kept me informed the entire way through the process, which was so much shorter than I thought it would be. The head of the engine needed to be removed in order to get the plug out. While in there, they also showed me a severely deteriorating timing chain. They showed me pictures, videos, and even let me see and take the parts in person. Those are going to the dealership to get my money
