I have a 1994 Lexus LS400 I was recommended this automotive repair shop by my uncle. I sent my vehicle over to get serviced for Front and Rear brake pads and rotors, as well as service for my leaking water pump and timing belt service. I got the car done and I was happy, but little did I know, 5 years later, his service was terrible. I took my car in to my personal mechanic and when he opened up the front of the engine, none of the belt tensions and pulleys were replaced, the seal for the water pump was old, hard, and brittle with age. I also replaced the brakes and rotors myself and this guy didn’t even replace my brake pads sensors at all! He just tapped into it so it would read correctly but never installed it properly.

Brought my 2014 Ford Mustang for a transmission rebuild. I went for a new rebuild instead of replacing it with a used one because Loc guaranteed that a new rebuild would not cause any issues and came with a 2-year warranty. The car was never fixed, and I brought it back to the repair shop numerous times, only for them to keep it for days and do nothing with it. The last time I brought it in Loc's exact words were: "I'm not sure what's happening with your transmission, take it to the dealership if you want." I eventually sold the car because the transmission was still broken, Loc refused to fix it or issue a refund, and I didn’t have the time to take the matter to court. After two years of frustration with my Chevy Cruze, which had intermittent issues like ticking noises and random drops in engine power, I finally found a shop that got it right. Multiple mechanics — including the so-called experts at the Chevy dealership — failed to diagnose the problem. Worse, they performed several costly repairs that made no difference. I was recently referred to LT Auto Repairs, where I spoke with the owner (I believe). Even though I couldn’t recreate the symptoms live, he watched a video I’d recorded and immediately identified the issue: faulty hydraulic lifters. What can I say...LT Automotive in Reno Nevada great customer service, walked in there Wednesday late morning before memorial day weekend with a serious steering issue...told John we'd love to leave town before the weekend. (Wow 😲) With about 6000.00 dollars worth of repairs john and the crew had mytruck done by Friday at noon. Now if that's not service I don't know what is. Thanks again Doug

We have taken our truck and our Prius to Luk and he repaired the transmission on the truck and the AC on the Prius along with brake jobs for both. Prices are reasonable, service is honest, this is a good place to get auto service. The times we have had our cars serviced here, Luk was fast, didn't take more than a couple days to turn the job around. These are honest, nice people and it is good to have them as a go-to place for getting reliable service.
