L&T Towing Logistics LLC

My car died in the Walgreen's parking lot. I took an Uber home and called my insurance company for towing and L & T is the company that was dispatched. I was told to expect the driver in 75-105 minutes. I received a call from Tony within 30 minutes. He brought my car to my house and I was confused when he took it off the truck and drove it up the driveway. Tony took the time to give my battery a jump (I tried this) and then even showed me what was causing my issue. I had been prepared to take my car to the dealership because everyone was saying I probably needed a new starter. All I really needed was a shim, which cost $6.35. I am sure if I had gone to the dealer, I would have been out of much more money. Many thanks to Tony for going above and beyond!

When I tell you Anthony from L&T Towing was a Godsend🙏🏽🤩My daughter ran out of gas, her phone died and she was on the side of a dark road at night. Anthony shows up and helps her out by putting gas in her car and starting her car up❤️. He then calls me to let me know what had happened! Gheeesshh, Angels come in all shapes and sizes and he was definitely an angel! I Thank 🙌🏽God for sending him and him helping her out the way he did. I’ll most definitely be using L&T Towing for any of my future towing needs! I can’t thank you enough Anthony!!

Great Service! L & T was the company my insurance sent and my tow truck driver, Tony, was great. He took extreme care with loading and securing my vehicle and transporting to the mechanic. I would definitely recommend them.

Do Not Use Them! L&T was dispatched to tow my vehicle through my insurance provider. They were over 3 hours late. I can understand that as the driver was communicative and got held up at the accident scene of a prior tow. It all went south from there! As the time passed, the driver started getting rude with me as if I was causing is long day. When he finally delivered the vehicle to my house, he parked it across the street claiming a tree was blocking my driveway. HE WAS AT THE WRONG HOUSE! I do not have tree in my driveway. He acknowledged that he was at the wrong house only after an argument. He then questioned why he couldn't leave the car across the street since there was another car parked there. Their customer service was crap. They kept pushing my tow service time back. 60-90 minutes turned into 3 hours. When I called to complain they hung up on me and canceled my tow service. I just wanted to know why they would quote me a time they couldn't keep.
