Lube Boys 10 Minute Oil Change

Great business! I bring three vehicles here: my jeep wrangler, Honda, Mercedes for oil changes and other maintenance services. All my cars are running great and well maintained. They do a phenomenal job and I really appreciate how they take care of me and my cars. Don’t hesitate to do business here. They are honest and offer great quality work.

A few days ago, I came to this location for an oil change. They did the oil change while I was sitting in my car. During the service, an employee named Rich inspected my car and told me that my brakes were low and needed to be changed. He said it would take about 50-60 minutes. I agreed and asked him for a quote. He went to the office and said he would be back in a few minutes. While I was waiting, another employee came to me. His name badge said Amanul (the name was long, so I may not have read it perfectly). He spoke quietly and told me that my brakes were actually okay and that I should not change them. Then he walked away. This was very confusing for me because I received two completely different opinions about the same issue within minutes. I don’t know which employee was correct, but

I went for transmission And filter. When the service was done. I paid 180 plus 160 for a transmission and filter. 1st waited 15 min. Then about 1 hour I returned. And 10 minutes later, I could not restart vehicle. That's why am giving a #2 rating for service at 14602 Washington, San Leandro. Ca. They replied, I should of left at their location.

Was looking for a affordable oil change place and found Lube Boys. We pulled right in and was seen right away. Great customer service from all the gentlemen working. Rich and Beto were amazing and definitely went above and beyond. We’ve found a new home for our oil change. Thank you gentlemen for the great service.

Left a bunch of oil in my skid plate which then dripped all over my driveway (no I didn't have any oil leaks, they just didn't clean up a mess they caused). Lame, all they needed to do was spray it off with some brake clean. Shows a lack of integrity in their work.
