Stopped into inquire about a walk-in car inspection. The place was extremely busy with many tire installations and oil changes. Normally, they do accept walk-ins. However, due to their heavy workload that day, I quickly made an appointment for the following afternoon. Went in for the appointment the following day. Had a short wait while vehicle was getting inspected. Other customers waiting seemed happy. Good, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They also have hot chocolate or coffee while you wait.

Always get me in quick and do a great job. Josh does a great job running the shop.

I stopped by for a walk-in oil change; they were able to get me in and out in about half an hour. It is a new establishment at this point, and it seemed like the guys were still getting “settled in“, but they got my oil changed successfully in a reasonable amount of time. Waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Arrived at 9AM to have rear brakes and rotors and right rear axle and two rear speed sensors and two sway bar links removed and replaced. I was told by the technician that all this work needed to be done. Keep in mind that I went there because my abs light was on. I was quoted a price of nine hundred and twenty eight dollars so I agreed to let them have the job. So I was told that it would take around three hours to do the job so I decided to wait for the work to be done. Nothing but issues from this point on. They ordered the wrong axle! So they told me that the axle that was originally no good healed itself and was good and reinstalledit back in my 2013 Subaru outback. Every time I thought the job was done they would test drive it and when they came back straight into the garage again!!

There is nothing "Express" about this joint ! I went in there this morning and they were absolutely clueless. Ended up going to "TC Malone Auto Repair" and ended up getting my oil change 30 bucks cheaper and completed rather quickly.
