I am disgusted by the service I received at this shop. After being a loyal customer for years, they persuaded me to change my original engine, and so I trusted them to replace my engine. They installed a faulty one that began ticking shortly after. When I returned to address the issue, they refused to refund me and only offered to “fix” it. Given their negligence, I no longer trust them to work on my vehicle. This situation has forced me to seek a full diagnostic elsewhere and consider selling my car before it completely fails. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before entrusting this shop with any repairs.

Fast service, though I really don't like when they always suggest a new filter or two, unrelated to the oil. The waiting room is outdoor, so it was a little warm, but they did offer cold water. Haven't decided if we'll repeat our service or not.

I always get taken care of here. All the staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I have always gotten fair prices here. EDIT I have been coming here for years and thought i had a reliable mechanic. Unfortunately, after some staff changes, I have found that the young men on the staff here can be immature and lacking in responsibility and professionalism. Even more unfortunate that the management covers for them instead of taking ownership. That's all I'll say on this. Never going back here.

Have been taking my car here for years, honest prices and labor! Super accommodating and extremely fast turnaround. No matter what part of LA I’ll live in, I’ll make the trek to Lube Masters. Even during the winter holidays this past 2022, they were able to get my car serviced for breaks, oil change, air pump, and a few other things in just a few days before 12/25. Cannot recommend them and their hospitality enough.

Very straight forward and honest people, I always get my oil changed here. Kevin is really genuine and I appreciate how thoroughly he describes the issues before and after they’re fixed. I was nervous to find a trustworthy mechanic when moving here, but I’m glad I found this place! :)
