Lube X-press North Loop

It was my first time here, and it was a great experience. The crew at the N Loop and Yarbrough location was great. They kept me informed as to what they were checking, and showed me the wear and tear on my parts so that I knew why they needed replacement. It was a quick 20 minutes, as they worked together to get the job done. The best part was that I stayed in my vehicle the whole time.

I went in for an oil change and then decided to get 3 other services done. The staff was extremely friendly and explained everything and what they were doing. The convenience of having everything done in less than 2 hours was great. The miltary discount was a big plus. Highly recommend. I will continue using Lube Xpress.

Customer service was great, no wait time and done very quickly. The price I was originally quoted was very high but they do offer a military discount, which helped but still higher than I normally pay. Only reason I stayed was because they are open on Sunday and I’ve been unable to make it to my regular place.

Jesse and the young men, did an amazing job. He was very helpful and honest. I'm very pleased with this service and will be back for my next oil change. I also noticed that they had a special if you get your oil change, you'll get your inspection free.I'm due for it in january, so I went ahead and took the service.
