I have NEVER experienced AMAZING Customer Service at any other oil change company like I received at Lube X-press! Christopher, Sam, Estephania, and Tomas, Thank you for answering all my questions, and showing me everything that my vehicle needs to keep it in good running condition. Waiting I noticed that considering all the vehicles they had to do they were all kind, professional, knowledgeable, with a great sense of humor. I will definitely be making Lube X-press on Pebble Hills my oil and other services place to go for my vehicle. Thanks again!

I had a great experience at Lube X Press for my oil change. The team was very attentive and worked efficiently on my car. Manager Sam was professional and courteous, making sure everything was taken care of. Thomas (upper tech) and Linzy, along with Thomas (lower tech), did an excellent job and explained what they were doing throughout the service. Fast, friendly, and honest service — I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone

Just had my vehicles state inspection done here. Super courteous staff and the whole process took about 10 min and the price was a great deal. During the process they offer to preform complimentary services like checking tire air pressure, both air filters, and fluid check. Even offered a bottle of water when greeted. It really is all the little details that build a great customer experience and long term loyalty base. Thank you Lube X-Press staff, and keep up the wonderful work. 👍

After arriving super late 6:55 Mr. Sam the manager and ms steph still took me in even for the inspection they were still nice and willing to accept me even 5 minutes before closing. They offered me other services that were recommended for me and helped me entirely through the process i felt safe in being there and would definitely go back. I see they still care about their customers and give them lots of respect for accepting a late arrival. Thank you to both of you for great service and integrity!
