The employee named Andrea had a very bad attitude that made the inspection worse. There was a noticeable lack of communication, courtesy, quickness and professionalism . An inspection should feel organized and transparent ,this inspection felt careless. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and accountability moving forward.

Had an oil change, powersteering and coolant flush. In and out in less than 30 min. Could stay in my car the whole time. No attempted extra charges and everything was explained. New oil, power steering fluid shown to me for confirmation of cleaning. Will be back again 6,000 miles!
